Return Policy

Every product you buy from is backed first by the manufacturer's warranty. does not offer direct warranties; all warranties are those of the respected manufacturer. will warrant any defective/exchange that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by or when the product manufacturer or distributor's return policies supersede ours. An RMA number MUST be obtained within 30 days of purchase for it to be valid.

Do not return goods to without securing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. Any returns without an RMA will not receive a refund. Please email or call (888) 378-1017 to speak with a representative about returning merchandise.

Customer is responsible for the original cost of shipping and shipping back to if the order received a free or discounted shipping code.

Note: Product must be unopened and in original packaging. All returns are carefully inspected when received. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If the product is damaged when received by, we reserve the right to charge extra for the cost of recuperating our cost on the product.

All PRODUCT POLICY: There is a minimum 25% restocking fee on all returned products. If a product is damaged, this fee will also apply.
